Mutlu Özkömürcüler joined our office in 2015 and graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law. His practice focuses on data protection, IT, intellectual and industrial property rights, commercial and corporate law, contracts and litigation. He also holds ISO 27001 Information Security Management Systems Lead Auditor Certificate and works in both legal and technical fields on companies’ compliance with information security standards.

Mutlu manages compliance projects and e-commerce projects, responds to the daily needs of institutions and organizations, and provides legal consultancy by evaluating the compliance of new tools and applications, including technological innovations, with company policies and legislation. He has completed postgraduate courses in international trade law and speaks English.
